The reservation can be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 10 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation or modification less than 10 days before the arrival date, or in case of no-show, we charge 100% of the total accommodation price (or the prepaid deposit is non-refundable).
After this period, the reservation cannot be changed or cancelled, and any payments or deposits are non-refundable.
